Here is what you need to know:

-We will make an appointment to take a look at your house and meet you

personally if possible.  Every house is a little different so a visit is necessary to make sure the installation will be executed smoothly.

-We will write you a quote and secure a date with EPCOR.  EPCOR comes to your house on the day of the upgrade to disconnect, and then reconnect the line to the house.  This date will be anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks in advance.  There will be no extra fees on your EPCOR bill.

-Accept our quote and date by replying via email.

-After accepting the quote we will pull the permit and arrange for a city inspection the day of the work.

-We will need access to your house from 7:00am to 6:00pm the day of the work.  There will be a power outage the day of the work from between 9:00am to 4:00pm.  We will provide a generator. 

-After the inspection (from 1:00pm to 3:00pm) the inspector will call EPCOR to reconnect power. 

-A permit report is sent to us from the city of Edmonton the following day which we forward to you for your insurance company.
